This first look ends on the biggest cliffhanger! I have a feeling this book will tug on all sorts of emotions since we quickly went from a perfect happy ending for Kira and Alan to Kira falling into some unknown alien cave-like place. The author has already pulled me into this whole new world he has created, from scramrock to rotgut to the new-age form of texting. This seems like the ultimate epic space story, and I can't wait for it!
