Most of us have heard of Tiffany, both the lamps and the jeweler. Taking a dark past, a young promising art student, and someone out to wreck her future then mixing in a hefty dose of true history makes for a story that sounds quite promising. The cover is lush with enough detail to capture the eye without overwhelming or giving away the ending. The introduction gives the reader the necessary background to fully understand the setting, and therefore the story, in depth. The prologue ties you into both reality and story while leaving you wanting more of both. I enjoyed the way the main character starts opening the story with returning to the place where she found love and nearly lost her love and/or sanity-- not sure which or maybe both! I cannot wait to read the entire story so I can find out the details that Jenny hints at in the first pages.
