M.J. Rose has made me a fan of historical fiction. This book really had so much! There was suspense, romance, and mystery. I really enjoyed that this book took place in the 1920s. The time period, places, and art were described so well.
The book follows an aspiring artist/designer, Jenny Bell. She was studying art in New York. She ends up meeting and becoming friends with Minx who ends up helping her get accepted into the Tiffany Foundation. They are in the presences of Tiffany and Co designer and have a great opportunity to study and embrace the craft.
Jenny has to deal with her past on this journey and it isn't always flowers and rainbows. Her character development was so well-written.
I give Tiffany Blues 3 stars. I am ready to read more of M.J. Rose's books.
