The concept of being able to see the threads of fate, and Io being a “cutter” add a really interesting touch. She seems to be ostracized for her gifts, yet they will be the one thing that will allow her to figure out the case. The family dynamics aspect is also very interesting. What happened to the oldest sister? It’s giving house of hollow vibes mixed with six of crows, with maybe a dash of Percy Jackson. I’m also very interested in their city with the bridges and the tides. Do we ever find out why the water comes in so much? I’m excited to keep reading
