Anytime fate threads and the red string of fate come up in stories I am already ten times more interested in it. This book also has the coolest cover ever so why wouldn't I want to pick it up? Solving a murder and living in a half-sunken city sounds like a great opportunity for amazing and unique world-building. Would love to get a chance to read this :)
