I typically love reading fantasy novels, but I don't know about this one. The premise seems interesting, but reminds me of another book I have read before that is very very similar. However, the writing of the author is good and lends an imaginative story to the reader. I think the romance of this story is predictable, but I am interested to see how it plays out.
