First off the cover art is captivating and beautiful drawing your eye to the book immediately! Then you want to know what it’s about. I really like the mystery aspect of this book and that the main character, Io is setting out to solve it with her “fated” partner who does not know they are fated. The idea of the fate strings connecting others together is intriguing and I can’t wait to read the full story and see who is taking out other-borns! So many threads I need to tie up now that I’ve unwound the first look!
