I really liked this book. I had never read anything like this so I wasn’t really sure what I was expecting or how I would feel about it, but it was so great. I’m not actually someone who is very interested in time travel or even science fiction in general, but I felt like this book was written in such an accessible way while still remaining complex and thought-provoking. I was interested the whole time, I couldn’t wait to see how they would contact each other next and what the response would be when they did.
This book also made me surprisingly invested in characters that I didn’t even have a name for! I was rooting for their relationship, I loved the way they talked to each other and just wanted to keep reading more. This was one of those books that you sit down thin’ing you’ll just read a chapter, but then you keep thinking “just one more chapter” until you’ve read the whole thing without even noticing. I loved it.
