I am absolutely, irrevocably changed by this poetic masterpiece of a love story through time and space. The intimacy weaved throughout every word incited magic within me since I finished the book and years later, where I still find myself reflecting on the brilliance of This is How You Lose the Time War and our journey with Red and Blue.
Not only is the concept brilliant and fascinating, but it is so well thought out that I already knew by page fifteen that I'd need to do a reread to get something new and to learn more from the world Amal and Max have created in tandem. I loved it and adore it so much so that my heart is swelling because Red and Blue own my entire heart and soul. I constantly want to go back to the beginning and fall in love with the writing, the story, the playfulness and honesty (the utter yearning and desire) between them both all over again.
