When I first read a sample of this book, I thought it sounded interesting. It did not disappoint. While it isn’t the type of story I usually read, I’m glad I took a chance.

The basic idea is simple. Two top agents from warring factors travel back and forth through time, each with its own objectives to shape the future for their own side.
They begin to communicate secretly. Each time, more creative than the previous. They tease and taunt, help and betray each other. They teach and learn from each other throughout time, all the while being watched and followed by their own leaders.

I hate spoilers in a review so I’ll leave the ending out but I would definitely recommend this book. It was a quick read, only about 200 pages, but the language packed into those pages was incredibly descriptive.
