Intriguing take on time travel

Looks to be an interesting take on time travel where time is a warfield between two hinted at factions. 6 pages isn't a lot to get into but it indicates some internal politics/intrigue as well as the overarching 'war.' I was interested in it originally because I love Max Gladstone's Craft Sequence, but this looks to be it's own, interesting, beast.

I liked the cover before I read this, simple but memorable, and I like it more now. I wonder if it keys to anything more in the book.
