I wanted more, but it was very good!

When I read the first line, it really reminded me of Middlegame by Seanan McGuire. I love time travel and warring people. It's always so interesting to read, especially when you mix in time travel. The only thing I wish was that there was a bit more to the First Look so I could have more of a grasp on the story, but it definitely caught me!
