What I really like about Thirsty is the internal struggle that we can see with Blake trying to find her confidence to impress those around her while still getting to hear her internal monologue of feelings of inadequacy. The first couple of chapters are a good setup that piques my interest immediately. We can see that Blake is willing to do whatever it takes to gain acceptance with her girlfriend, her best friend, and the leader of the Serena Society. I am anxious to see what she will do and the lengths that she will go to get into that society and when/if the decisions she makes start to catch up to her. Also, the cover is stunning: the reflection in the pool, the water details and sparkles, booze floating, tears.
