I love how this book opens. It's wild and frantic and a little hazy which sets the tone for the book for sure. Blake is at a party, drinks a little too much and makes bad decisions with the prompting of her "friends" at the club she works at. While we don't get much more info that the setting of this scene, and her heading to work the next day, I am intrigued to see what happens. There are a few dynamics at play and you definitely end up rooting for Blake and hoping it all works out. I have a feeling it won't though!
