Does include trigger warnings! That was the first thing I looked for because it seemed like this was going to be a heavy read. And it starts early. Like page one early, so please check out the full list of content warnings on the author's website because anyone who finds it difficult to read anything dealing with self-worth and self-degradation should probably skip this one. I definitely will (because the writing is too spot on to these emotions and I wouldn't be able to handle it healthily).
