I loved this one! Everything I love in one book. Cinematic action, romance, betrayal, and a badass heroine who everyone wants to root for. Ross was a great MC and I wanted to see her succeed. She was likable and relatable and I wanted her to win of course. I felt really bad for her too. I wanted her to start a life of her own and be able to move on from her toxic family situation. I really liked the side characters and had hoped we would get more into their backstories however. I love all the twists and turns. Everyone was on your radar but there were some I was more afraid would get too fair. I felt like a lot was left open for the next book and I am so excited for what’s next. Some of the plot twists were predictable, but the journey to get there was fun so it was ok. I already can’t wait for book 2 because the drama is going to be amazing and I’m here for all of it.
