Reading the synopsis gave me a good impression that the book is a murder mystery that surrounds elite high school kids. Sound familiar?-Chapter by chapter that this book is a true, complex middle road between one of us is lying and Gossip girl.
The story starts off with the death of Shaila, Jill’s best friend who has been murdered. Jill is deeply concerned that she sees herself in Shaila and seems convoluted in everything she does. I couldn’t possibly remember how fast I read through the first 50 pages.. the story is intriguing and I cannot wait to read more!!
