Think Gossip Girl but set among the perfectly manicured lawns and suburban sprawl of Long Island. I read Gossip Girl when they first came out and reading these pages brought me back to middle school where I could not put down the book and needed more more more! Plus there’s a murder mystery tied in! What more could you ask for? It kind of reminded me of a mix of GG, Elite and Bunny (but in a good way!)
I would probably change up the cover a bit. It looks a bit outdated and I think there’s a lot of room to get creative with it. I think maybe it’s just the plaid that is throwing me off? Perhaps a silhouette cover or something more chic and minimalistic. Overall I cannot wait to read more, I know This will be a one sitting book!!!
