The girl seems like a Gossip Girl try hard. The prologue is told from her point of view and she just isn't interested in continuing to remember the dead girl. To be fair, it seemed like a long time and she's ready to be seen now, and this is set in a cutthroat prep school. I liked her spunk, but it was a little much. The prologue showed some spice, but everything else was just too nice. I expected more debauchery or maybe just rumors of such, but something more than meeting all of the characters going to class and going to this and going to that. It didn't seem like anything was progressing.
