This seems like an intriguing story, with a girl being killed and three years later her friend is told that the person who they thought did isn’t actually the killer. The first several chapters tell so much backstory that I feel like the book should have just started earlier because it’s confusing to follow along. This seems like a typical story about a high school scandal, reminds me a bit of Pretty Little Liars.
