First of all, I totally love the writing style so far! It is still realistic and not super dark, even with the subject matter. Next, I am already loving the character dynamics. Very few books start with the main character in a relationship, so that is a new and fresh angle. Plus, there is a great ensemble of friends that I can imagine building off of each other for the duration of the novel. I can tell this book is going to be a great mix of character study and plot twists!
