The cover automatically tells a story. The first thing I noticed were the series of necklaces, spelling out the title of the book. Name necklaces are practically a personality trait and I'm dying to get to know these girls already; I mean, it IS Jill's year. I then noticed the plaid backdrop, hinting at the prestige only a prep school can intimate. Then there's the blood...wait blood? Yes, the last name necklace is broken and there is a blood stain on the pretty plaid skirt. The cover automatically tells a story and I'm already hooked. Who's uniform is in desperate need of a deep clean? I have questions and I need answers.
