They Wish They Were Us reminds me of Pretty Little Liars, Gossip Girl, and Big Little Lies all wrapped in one. I enjoyed Goodman's style of writing. It's clean and dry, and equally captivating. In the fist few chapters you can tell Shaila's murder isn't what it seems and most of the character's have secrets. I definitely want to finish this book.
