Just by looking at the cover, I could tell that a clique was going to be involved. While some things are predictable, like having one scholarship kid in the group, it seems to be a fresh take on a popular genre. I'm curious and want to read more. Anytime there's a character who says that something isn't what it seems, you know you're in for a mystery.
