This sounds like like a thrilling and mysterious read of a special elite group of students called the Players. They are a Gold Coast Prep school where they must achieve and maintain the highest standards. But these kids aren’t as good and innocent as they are cracked up to be. When one of them is murdered and another of the Players confesses, the case is supposedly solved. In reality there is much more to each of the Players and when Jill begins to receive texts that Graham (who confessed to killing Shaila) is actually innocent; the world is turned upside down. Senior year has now blown up the perfect group of Players and their perfect existence.
