I'm 1000% picking this up to finish reading

The excerpt I read was thoroughly enjoyable, and very close to the style of Karen McManus' "One of Us is Lying" and "Two Can Keep a Secret", both of which I was a huge fan of.
I will definitely be picking up the full novel to finish reading the entire thing.
I think the cover is absolutely perfect, hitting both the mysterious and thriller aspect with the blood splatters, but highlighting the main theme of the book - cross-country running - by using the trainer/sneaker as the forefront image. Absolute perfection, I am obsessed with the cover! I can't wait to see this on my shelf when I do get round to picking up a physical edition.
The writing that I read was precise, and extremely readable - definitely a book you could quickly devour!
