I think this book holds all the virtues of what YA mystery is. It's captivating from the start, and we as readers already find ourselves asking questions, and wondering what happened. I think that is a perfect use of a mystery book. I think the two sisters are developed good. They have their flaws, and problems but they stick together which I enjoy.

The writing style isn't too detailed which I actually enjoy a lot. It's a really quick read that draws you in from the first page. I think it's an essential ya mystery novel that has became one of favorite mystery reads of the year. The main character is very easy to relate to.
