I will admit, the cover did catch my attention from the moment I was scrolling through the Bookish First email I got this morning. I immediately clicked the link to read more about the book. Upon reading the synopsis, at first I was like “okay this doesn’t seem like the thriller I had been hoping for”. Then I read the rest of it and realized I’m interested! The girl goes out for a cross country run and doesn’t return?!? I need to know what happened!
