I like the dual narratives and that there's already some kind of mystery in the first chapter. Why was Stella sent to a mental health facility that also doubles as a track and field training center?
Also, there's a cold case where three cross country members went missing and were found dead! And then the new girl goes missing? Is the killer back or is it a copy cat?
