I loved this These Deadly Prophecies. It tells the story of a teenage sorcerer’s apprentice named Tabatha whose famous sorcerer boss ends up getting killed and she has to figure out who did it. The cops think she and Callum Solomon, her boss's son, had something to do with it. They have to join together to figure out who did it to clear their names. This is so well written, it has a comforting, fun vibe about it that makes you not only want to keep the pages turning but also slow down so you can thoroughly enjoy it. The characters are top-notch and very funny. Tabatha is smart, witty, sarcastic, and clever. She makes for a fantastic lead character and plays well off the remaining cast. The plot was captivating and kept you guessing up until the end. It was cleverly done and is a very fast-paced, easy read. I really loved it and look forward to reading more by this author.
