This was my first book by Tang and I enjoyed it. As someone who love love loved Knives Out, this book immediately appealed to me. However, by looking at the cover of this book, I expected it to be a series, as most of the books with this style cover and the word "These" in the title, means you're looking at a long series ahead of you (which I always enjoy).
I believe this book is perfect for not only fans of Knives Out but for fans of Karen McManus' writing, We Were Liars, people who enjoy mystery books and true crime. I think it will not only keep you interested but leave you wanting to read more books by this author.
I think that this book might be one that I revisit later on and see if on a second reread if I catch anything that I missed the first time, as that would be interesting.
