I am quickly learning that my new favorite genre mash up is fantasy-mystery, and this little excerpt grabbed my attention from page one! This is such an interesting story premise, I love how there's this massive murder mystery taking place in modern times, oh, but also sorcery and fortune tellers! I'm already hooked and can't wait to read this!
