These Deadly Prophecies - First Impression

Though this has a bit of cursing and (almost) necromancy (neither of which do I enjoy reading), the story is already shaping up to be a very interesting murder mystery. With the family dynamics, a world where not everyone likes those with magic/powers, and a vague prophecy, I'm at the edge of my seat ready to hear more so I can make my own conclusions and see if they are correct by the end of the book!
