Based on the cover, I didn't expect this to be such a funny story. It seems like it would be a deeply dramatic, high fantasy sort of tale, but only a couple pages in and I was cackling. The story sets itself nicely, with an interesting main character and an exciting prophecy. However, it is truly the tone of the story and the voice of the narrative that has me excited to read more. I'm immediately adding this to my TBR shelf! Can't wait to read more as soon as I can get my hands on a copy!
