The description sounds interesting and the cover is eye catching. I’ll admit to being kind of confused when reading the excerpt though. Wilhelmina Is the main character and this is about her life and the people in it. It feels very character based to me and I tend to enjoy a good character based book when I like the characters and I think I’d like Wilhelmina. But I’m not always the best at keeping characters straight when I first start a book and I felt like there were a lot of characters right away and I couldn’t keep them, or their connection to Wilhelmina, straight. So, I’m saying I think this book has potential but I had trouble getting fully invested with the excerpt.
