This is a book about grief and overcoming the hardships that come with it. That being said, I think the author has written about a very serious topic with such grace. From the start, I was drawn into the story and could feel the emotions of the characters as if they were my own. I also think that the cover is gorgeous, and a maze is a genius metaphor for all that comes with grief. I highly look forward to reading the rest of this, and would recommend it to anyone struggling with loss themselves.
