Seems interesting, but I'm in the wrong audience for it (at the moment)

This one is a bit more complex for me, in that while it is more or less an interesting plot and the writing seemed great from the first look, I don't think I can read it- at least not yet. I have a hard time enjoying books about COVID and the realities of this time in our lives, and would find reading it challenging. Hopefully one day, it will just be a bit of history that I can remember and read about with having "a bad taste in my mouth", so to speak, but now is not that time.
