Enjoyed reading The Wrong Kind of Weird by James Ramos. It was written very well. Reminded me of a teenage rom-com movie. The main characters are Cameron Carson, Karla Ortega, and Mackenzie Briggs. Cameron has a big secret. Very easy read. The characters were easy to relate to. I don't usually read young adult but when I first read the synopsis it caught my attention. The cover of the book looks great too. I received a hardback copy and it's very nice. The book also covers the struggles of being a teen in this day and age. Definitely a little bit of a love triangle. With Cameron stuck between two very different girls and who he wants. A nerdy read with funny and sweet mixed in. The characters were diverse as well. The book is told in one person point of view and that's Cameron's. I'm not used to reading a book in a male perspective only but I liked it.
