Right off the bat it strikes me as a twist on a combination of typical romantic comedy tropes. Forbidden love between nerds and jocks with a love triangle thrown in to spice it up. The title appeals to anyone who has ever felt that internal push that tells them they aren’t a good fit for someone socially. The cover does a good job depicting the way I imagined the characters just from reading the first look.
