It was refreshing to read a first look with unique characters who are unapologetically themselves. I enjoyed reading about the dynamic between Cameron and Karla and how their secret relationship began. I appreciate the diversity in culture, interests, ages, and personal identities that are included in this story. The cover is beautiful, and definitely draws the reader in.
