This book was a really fast read. I loved the cover it makes you think the book is super creepy. Like the fact that they are like a typical teen friendship, just want to do one last something before heading off to college. For being best friends they sure do fight a lot. Why would they go hiking when its something they have never done, and fro the descriptions of the girls something they wouldn’t even enjoy.
Like I said its a fast read but at the same time so slow. Nothing much happens for quite a few pages into the book. Just a bunch of info dump on the characters. There wasn’t a good buildup at all. After it did pick up it became a predictable serial killer book. It just became to cliche and predictable.
This book may have worked better as a movie but as a book its just not right. Nothing about this book wasn’t believable. I don’t think i will read anymore books by this author.
