I was immediately hooked when reading the excerpt from this book. The girls' friendship is so pure and detailed that it feels very realistic. I liked both characters and how we learned about their family life and backgrounds right off the bat. I'm cheering for them on this hike, but I'm also wary that something creepy is right up the trail... Can't wait to read the full book!
