I think that I just cant with YA thrillers

Two high school grads who have no idea about camping, decide to hike and camp for three days in a national park. What could go wrong? Seems lile everything. I feel so old when they say that Kmart is a 'pre Amazon relic'. I think the dialogue and premise is too YA for me though, I mean I can still sometimes read YA fantasy but at this point in my life YA thrillers are too much.
