The Woods Are Always Watching is gripping form the beginning sentence. Neena and Josie are clearly unprepared for the strenuous camp-in hiking trip they are about to take into the deep, deep wild where bears, mysterious noises, lack of fresh water and potential dangerous forces await them. Stephanie Perkins builds suspense through her vivid descriptions and tense dialogue exchanges between her characters. I can't wait to see where this trail takes me!
