This looks to be a well written and captivating read. The story starts with a bang as the crime scene is investigated. The investigation will continue, interspersing the novel at key points. Written in first person present, the investigation chapters have a dramatic excitement that drew me in. The bulk of the story is told in chapters telling the various main character’s involvement. Karla is the employee of a cleaning company who has been sent to assist the Ritter family during the illness of the woman of the house. Bill seems to be one of the family members, probably a son. Jennica is not at home, but is connected to the family. She is, however, in discussion with Steven Ritter— the man of the family.
Though the author is Swedish, the book is written in flawless, easy reading english. It is a smooth, easy read and does an excellent job of drawing the reader in and keep them mooving along. I would love to read thisbook
