In 2019, I enjoyed an ARC copy of ‘A Nearly Normal Family ‘by M.T. Edwardsson, an international bestseller. Now, his 2nd book -The Woman Inside-is here to provide a compelling mystery, a thriller that starts out slowly because everything seems okay on the surface but then gradually intensifies There’s a widower with financial problems renting out a room to Karla. Is she really an innocent law school student who earns extra money as a house cleaner for the Rytters ? Why is handsome Mr. Rytter active on Tinder while his wife doesn’t leave her room? Is Mr. Ritter really a doctor who once helped others did humanitarian work through Doctors Without Borders? This is a book that makes you think you need to read just a few more pages and then suddenly you have been up all night turning the pages as fast as you possibly can. In typical M.T. Edwardsson style, one never knows what is going to happen.
You will want to read this and learn the deceptive truth and all the dark secrets.Based on what I have read so far this is a 4.25 to 4.5 read.
