I didn't realize this was a memoir when I first read the first look, so that does add a layer to what I read that I didn't have before. But, I just wasn't interested. That has nothing to do with the writing or the snippet we were given, I just personally don't have an interest in reading this. If this is something that you are interested in, it looks very well written.
