The Wife Between Us is part Girl on the Train, part Gone Girl, and all intriguing.
It's hard to explain the plot with out giving away the book but at it's most simplest, it's a book about an ex wife dealing with the marriage of her ex husband. But things are nevr what they seem so the story snakes around and tales a fascination tale of deception and manipulation.
I really enjoyed this book. There were two twists I didn't see coming. I can't say anything about them but they change the way you view the book. If you read carefully, you will some of the smaller twists coming and feel pride when the events pay off-so don't let go of your theories just because you get thrown a loop.
The book lost a star for it's ending. The final acted was some what confusing and seemed misplaced though the final twist tries to explain why it seemed so weird. In fact, I feel like the Epilogue was wasted on this book. It would have been the greatest premise for a companion novel where you could really get into that character.
