I'm not normally a big suspense reader, but this one was entertaining and held my attention. I think it would make a great movie. It's the story of Vanessa, who is trying to stop a wedding between her ex-husband and a new bride, a nursery school teacher. However, WHY is Vanessa so desperate to stop the wedding? The bride, Nellie, also has secrets of her own.
The book tells you up front to trust no one, and assume nothing. I'd say that's good advice. I was surprised by the twists in the book. It was a fast read. It was written by two authors together, but did not read like two people had written it, which sometimes books by dual authors do. I look forward to trying another book by these two authors soon.
