‘The Wife Between Us” is definitely DOUBLE AMAZING!!
This year there have been some amazing thrillers released – some not so thrilling, others AMAZING! ‘The Wife Between Us” is definitely DOUBLE AMAZING!!
I found it a bit slow until the beginning of Part Two (almost halfway through the book). From that point on, it was a wild ride with twists and loops. Hang on tight! I found that I was reading so quickly to find out what happened next that I sometimes missed key pieces. So I found myself flipping back a chapter or two to re-read portions. Each time I thought I had it figured out another little nugget of information was dropped sending ripples all throughout the storyline. When I reached the end I had to take a while to ponder on what I had just read. I don’t think the full impact hit me until a day or two later. My mind had to run through it and piece together what happened.
I cannot even begin to understand the precision it took for two authors to make this story unfold as it did. They knew exactly how much to reveal – and when to reveal - without giving away too much.
